A: We offer a 7-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

A: Just email us at info@giftglobal.in with your order number and the reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?
A: Yes, items on clearance or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns.

A: Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
A: Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible to update your address.

Q: Do you deliver on weekends?
A: Delivery partners usually operate Monday to Saturday. Weekend deliveries depend on your location and the courier service.

A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Shipping charges may apply on orders below that amount.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only ship within India. We’re working on adding international shipping soon!

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: Yes, COD is available on selected pin codes with a small service fee.
